BIOCULT was established in 1992 as an independant contract house for cell derived biopharmaceutical proteins, e.g. monoclonal antibodies for research and industry.

We are specialised in the in vitro upscaling of hybridoma cells for monoclonal antibody production and purification.

We have a range of small to large bioreactors available to guarantee a customer tailored product in volume and pricing. We process small (up to 1 gram) and larger (e.g. 10 to 50 gram) batches of MAb, mainly for in vitro diagnostic use.

We can increase your capacity in the case of (temporarily) constraints in production.

 

Why BIOCULT?

BIOCULT’s activities focuses in particular on in vitro cultures at medium and large scale.

BIOCULT uses Hollow Fiber Bioreactor Perfusion Systems as well as other batch and perfusion systems and has successfully processed over 40 different cell lines.

Our new facility is equipped with an air purification installation (”clean rooms”) for optimal cell culture, production and purification conditions.

We are a small company which provide a rapid and flexible response to your needs

BIOCULT has a quality system which is based on ISO 9002. Certification is expected in the second half of 1999.

BIOCULT’s R&D comprises optimization of culture conditions, media and serum requirements; selection of high cellular protein producers as well as product purification.

Worldwide we also provide consultancy service for small and large scale production of biopharmaceuticals and monoclonal antibodies and support selection of cellculture equipment.
