Standard course fee includes course notes, lunches, coffee and transportation for excursions without accommodation or dinners. Hotel package includes accommodation, based on double room occupancy, breakfast and dinners. Additional charges for single room occupancy are Eur 40.- Eur 60.- or Eur 80.- for 2, 3, or 4 nights respectively.

Participation in each course is restricted to 24 persons. Applications will be handled in order of receipt. A 15% discount on the course fee will be given upon subscription of more than one person from the same company. For students and for participants from “Third World” countries, reduced fees are available on request.

Payment should be made fourteen days after receipt of invoice, which will be sent following registration. Upon cancellation (to be sent in writing) before March 1st, a full refund will be granted. Cancellations after this date but before April 1 are subject to a 35% fee. After April 1 cancellation fee will be 70% and after April 30 it will be 100%. However it is possible to transfer at any time your registration to another member of your company or Institute. Total course fee must be received before April 1, 2010.

Changes in the program could be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or due to last minute unavailability of speakers.
